Our Psychotherapy Focus Areas

At The Mindful Place, we know that every client’s needs are unique. Our practice welcomes clients aged 16 and older, though we primarily work with adults. We focus on areas that align with our clinical training and passions — including relationship and social anxiety, people pleasing, and family of origin conflict. Each session is tailored to your goals and personal journey, and while these focus areas guide our work, therapy can expand beyond them.

Anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming and exhausting. Therapy offers a calm, supportive space to understand what’s driving your worry, learn grounding tools, and feel more steady and in control.
